If there was any way I could ensure that the people I sent stuff to are new players then I would of.

As there is no way of telling aside from asking people to be honest (good luck with that) I decided to do it as a free raffle and limit participation to one entry per account.

If I'd sold tickets (say 10k per ticket as many as you'd like) then the advantage passes to those who have played for some time. This way everybody has the same chance whether they have played for 1 week or 6+ years.

If you change your mind then let me know and will add you as an entrant. If you then so desired you could give your winnings (if you won) to somebody you believed to be new.

It is pretty awesome that someone is doing this... I know some ppl here with 2 esos's and I would never complain as the OP stated what the rules were.

I have over 230 EVoN runs and no ESOS, I have seen it drop 3 or 4 times. I know someone else that is here got his shard within his first 10 epic runs.
