Just to get some idea of how and where tomes are dropping, if you obtain a tome could you kindly post some details about your find. Specifically:
Tome type: Eg. +3 to +4 upgrade tome
In quest or end reward
Quest/Quest Level/Difficulty
Were you using any loot boosts (loot gem, chest blesser etc., loot event)
