    Default Ultimate Game Card

    I tried to redeem an ultimate game card today to renew my VIP like i have in the past but when i entered the code on the back of the card it kept giving me the error of the card is not valid for use...i've never had this problem before and i want to keep my VIP is there any way to fix this issue?

    Open a ticket with account support, make sure it's with account support and not the other channels.

    They are all on the same page now, just follow the link on the forum menu on top of the page.

    Use the "account/store" category, and i guess the "game card issue" in type.
