    Default GS Lit2 Question

Was going to make my GS Lightning 2 XBow and quickly wondered, "Is a Light better than a Heavy for this weapon type?"

I'm thinking with the Light, the Lightning might proc a bit more (quicker reload). I'll be using this on my TR Arti from levels 12-20 I would think, so I would love to hear some opinions. It simply didn't seem as simple as I once thought.

    Thank you!

Heavy repeater does more base damage than the light repeater. That is the only difference, so if you have a choice (which you do) make the heavy repeater. IMHO

The calcs I've seen have the light repeater very very slightly ahead in firing rate and consequently way behind in dps. LitII is a DPS weapon, the 1 in 10000 (or whatever) extra lightning strike is not going to come anywhere close to making up for the difference in base damage. Make it heavy.

The only time I'd make a light is when a proc was the only thing I cared about - like a vacuum (trap the soul) repeater.
