LR Losing Tomes Bug?

So, I've heard about a rumor that if you LR now, you will (or there is a chance) the Tome(s) you have already used, will be removed forevermore from your character (as it should not be.)

I have not heard anymore about this in a week or so. Nor have I ever heard/seen this be confirmed. I'm interested in a LR now, and am trying to figure this out, prior to my LR. Any help would be appreciated. Please and thank you.

I used my free lesser on several chracters and had no problems. Others have reported losing all their Epic Destiny progress and others have reported loss of tomes.

As far as a I know this appears to be limited to the free lesser only.
