Nop. And that is lame.

I hope they will introduce them when and if our lvl will be raised to 30.

Devs were tinkering about what to do with epic levels and decided to go with the epic destinies we have now.

In some sense EDs are a mashup of everything, spells, PrCs, etc.

The EDs can be taken by everyone while epic spells are only for the main caster classes.

Naturally, some are quite lackluster when compared to epic spells.
It won't harm to give EDs a little more epic feel.

On the other hand epic spells were too few, 1-2 at the early and 4-5 once you build up the skill, if you don't play around it.
Just being limited to 5 per rest would be too few for DDO.

Still, it'd be nice if we could someday build some of the ED powers in a custom way, just like epic spells.
