    Default Billing messed up

    Hello. A few days ago I had to reactivate my vip status becouse my subscription ran out. I did so and my account vip status was reactivated. I played the day and then loged for the night. I logged on the next morning and logged onto the game to find out my subscription had expired. I checked my crdit card and no money was taken out so I used the same card and restarted my account vip status. I played the day then logged for the night. I got on the next morning and once again my subscription was no longer there. I enter the info again after checking my credit card and the subscription was reactivated. The next day, wich is today, the same thing. After 2 days I filled an in game ticket only to be told to file an online ticket with support desk. I did so only to be told that if I wanted them to restart my subscribtion that I would need to send them all of my personal info etc. Im not stupid I have done this many times before with no problems. I dont need help entering my info. Something in the billing department of Turbine isnt working properly. I need some help on this please. Thank you in advance.
