Pretty please? Or at least only do the global announcement the FIRST time a guild reaches a given level?

Permanent until you log out is horrible. I don't mind that there's a message, but it doesn't need to stay up there indefinitely. Can it come down after 15 minutes or something?

Agreed with SirValentine. I don't particularly mind the message, but it needs to go away by itself within a reasonable time frame. If for some reason they can't make the notification expire/disappear without an event such as a log out/log in, then they need to axe it completely.
