Only if going for Evasion; and even then WF are kinda borked because Mithril Body's MDB remains fixed at 5 rather than scaling with level like the new light armor types do.
At least their base AC scales with the min. level of their docents, but WF are (again) at a disadvantage compared to fleshie races.
I tend to waffle a lot on the optimal stats, feats, etc. for a tank. Nevertheless, in your case I would probably do something like this:

ED: Legendary Dreadnought, ideally with Legendary Shield Mastery twisted in
DPS-focused, but with plenty of tactics options and pretty good HPs; relies more on WF threat amp than Intim, though. Since it's for a static all-WF group, I didn't bother with heal amp. As presented, MDB should cap at +7 (DEX 24): base 1 (Addy Body) + 2 Mobility + 2 SD III + 2 Greater Nimbleness slotted on epic docent; mithril tower shield will be base 4 + 3 SD III, so that balances out too. So depending on your max DEX (or final Dodge bonus), you may need extra armor and/or tower shield mastery enhs.
