Power Critical? With a Gaxe and in Dread, you'll have a x9 crit. +18 damage on a crit is..well, it's dps. As for the 2 fighter? I figure having both of those tacticals is more important in a real world application than the capstone.

And you still have 1k+hp raged.
You need weapon focus for power critical. Not worth it.

    To the OP:
Drop all the toughness. With good gear, you will have 1k+hp anyway.
The THF line is a must have now because the cleaves. It gives a lot of extra dps.
Oh yeah, and take greatcleave and OC.

You cant be a "dps master" if you skip most (5) of the dps feats...

This. There's a temptation when you first discover a barb to think "wow, this is nasty" but the minute you come to the forums it should be clear that there are people who've honed their builds over years of experience, advice, debate and fine tuning.

No disrespect intended, but your posts read like this:

-"Wow! I'm having loads of fun with this. I'd better share it on the forums and call it 'master DPS'

-You get various responses from hugely experienced players telling you that your build is sub optimal at best.

    -You don't like the advice.

Don't post if you can't accept constructive criticism. You have too many toughnesses. 1+ Epic Toughness is more than enough.

OK! i think that the two handed fighting feats are quite lame. why would you ness glancing blows when you DPS is so high anyway? if u wanna hit ppl. in front of u even HARDER then use (great, supreme)[cleave]. thats what it is meant for. so overwhelming crit is pretty boss. toughness provides about 200 hp or somethign and THF is jsut lame like I said since you gain rage bonuses or something... and this build does more damage than my temepst build does. both kick butt though and sorcerer will be posted soon. HP should reach high numbers while raging. cant tank but ccan deal EXTREME amounts of dps with your trusty great axe/sword or falchion.
    I think he is trolling.

If you do no have the above feats on a barb, the build is in no way a "DPS master".

Someone already pointed out the obvious HUGE DPS loss from not picking up the THF-line.
Agreed. It's the only way to go. Following this path gives mad damage. On my third life as a barb, tightening up the build as I go and there's no denying the power of your DPS following this path.

And I admit wholeheartedly that I forgot that Power Crit needs weapon focus. Terribly sorry for that.

Oh. I put PA into my feat selection to stand for Power Attack. Sorry if that caused any confusion

Sorry, but you're wrong. For one thing, you're forgetting or unaware that glancing blows will also proc on your cleave atks, inc. Lay Waste & Momentum Swing.
why would you ness glancing blows when you DPS is so high anyway?
Because there's no such thing as too much DPS on a pure barb. But there is such a thing as going overboard on HPs, as hard as that may be to believe. Fully geared & Raged, you should be hitting 1,000+ HPs at endgame even without any Toughnesses. So taking more than one is frankly overkill.
so overwhelming crit is pretty boss.
In terms of DPS, OC+GTHF > GTHF > OC.

On a pure non-human barb, you have 9 feats; that's enough for Power Atk, Cleave, GC, IC:Slash, THF x3, and Overwhelming Crit, plus 1 more (I would pick from Toughness, Imp Sunder, or Stunning Blow). I would take Toughness at lvl 6, then swap it out for Great Cleave before lvl 21 so you can add OC, then take a tactics feat @ lvl 24.

    How about these feats:
    THF line
    PA
    CLEAVE
    GREAT CLEAVE
    IMP. CRIT SLASHING
THAT ONE CRITICAL FEAT AT 20
    Toughnesss
and stunning blow if you can fit it in there anywhere...

You wouldnt be able to fit in Stunning blow if you have toughness. I still positively love the idea of a 2 fighter splash, simply for the 2 tactic feats and toughness, but I seem to be the odd one out.

It's a tradeoff: a couple more feats & Haste Boost I; or an extra Rage, bit more STR & glancing blow dmg from capstone. I tend to prefer to stay pure on THF barbs, as do many others apparently; but it's not like you'd suddenly be doing bad DPS as barb 18 / ftr 2.
