How do I tell what classes/races I purchased before going VIP?

About to make the move from VIP to f2p.

I need to see if I purchased the Monk class before my sub runs out Dec 30th and what bank upgrades I purchased.

If you are still not upgraded to VIP, look up the upgrades in question in the DDO Store. If you see them available for purchase, then you have not previously purchased those upgrades.

If you have now activated for VIP access, it is a little harder to tell. If you contact the Account Support department via the information in my signature, they can look up what upgrades have already been purchased on your account.

I started f2p on 09, I know I bought FVS (unknowingly) and I believe I purchased Monk as well.

Went VIP before the end of 09.

Ending VIP at the end of 2012.

Whoops, I misread your first post. I thought it said you were going from f2p to VIP. Now I see its the other way around.

So yeah, to figure out what you have, just contact Account Support. They'll be happy to help.

Was able to verify that I indeed did purchase the Monk class before I went VIP.

So my VIP to f2p check list is complete.

Currently have just under 2200 TP plus using the last month of VIP to earn the bonus TP on the other servers should get me enough TP for...

Half-Elf, Warforged and maybe a little shy of Horc but I can live without Horc for a while.

Really happy not to be giving Turbine ANY MORE of my money

Do you by any chance need the basic shared bank too? I'm hoping if you do they'll put it on special soon since I still need one.
