Game crash

DDO loads fine, and I can begin playing, but about 2-5 minutes in, the game just crashes leaving me looking at my windows screen as if I never loaded the game. No warning or anything. This wasn't a problem before this past update monday, 11/12/12. Bought VIP status to see if Beta access would help. It didn't. Can anyone help me?

Are you using windows 7 64bit?

One person reported this, and uninstalled and reinstalled DDO and that seemed to fix it. Another person reported something similar, suggested it might have to do with Windows 64bit running too many 32bit programs for the current configuration, and was in the process of uninstalling/reinstalling - I haven't yet read whether that worked for them or not.

I updated the game a few hours later. I played for about 2 hours and it worked fine, and when I got back on a couple of hours later, it loads fine but after about a minute it closes the game and i am looking at my desktop. I cant think of anything to do either. I think it was the update also.

This is also happening to me. In particular when I am dual boxing, which has been working fine for years.

Same thing here. Updated fine last night and played for several hours. Came back today and the client abends after a few minutes of play. (Even just sitting on the character selection screen.)

I am going to uninstall and reinstall. I will report back what I found.

*Edit: Reinstall fixed it.

I'm having the same problem and will try to re-install. Just wanted to post to make sure the problem is identified.
