    Default Can't buy Monster Manual vol2

    Browsing to it from the store takes to a white text page listing some reasons why I can't buy it, like not being proper level/race/class. (Obviously not correct)

    Clicking on the ddostore icon in the MonsterManual (vol.2) takes me to the store, but with a red text error saying 'unknown offer id in request. cannot process request'

    I'd like to give you my money. Please help.
