Default Loud notification effect for completing optional/objective

I'm getting overly loud notification effect whenever I complete an optional and/or objective. It's the normal effect that always played before, but after u16 update it's now too loud. It's like bbbbbBBBRRRRRINNNNNNGGGGG!!!

I tried fiddling with audio bars to figure out what category it was in, but gave up (too lazy).

Please bring that back in line with what it was.

Also, the stone of change sound effect is something that has been traditionally too "loud".

I agree. Those are both controlled by the User Interface Volume. I turned mine down a little bit and its not a problem. Easy fix hope this helps
