Favoured Soul evoker, guidelines and tips appreciated

I have to keep the post short for now as im currently at work, I will edit the post later on.

I rerolled my main into a FvS last night, after having played 2 lives as a healbot I would like to make a offensive spellcaster for a change.

Race: human

My base stats are:
Con / Cha: 16 Wis: 18 Others: 8

My previous lives are: 3x wiz, 2x fvs, 1x sorc, 1x bard

Feats I have planned out for now:
1H toughness
1 empower healing
3 Wiz past life feat
6 Maximise
9 evocation focus
12 empower
15 Quicken
18 ?
21 ?
24 ?

For the last 3 feats im thinking off either going mental toughness + impro + epic sp, or go for gr. evocation + 2x epic wis. Would the loss of 2 dc like this be significant? [Also thinking of dropping empowered healing as i can substitute it with empower and maximise]

Skills planned: concentration 20 umd 20 jump 6 [umd for teleport / gr. teleport / reconstruct / displacement scrolls]

Some questions: What is roughly a decent DC for BB and implosion at lvl 20?

My current calculation bring it to 31 excl. destinies
Wisdom: 18 base + 5 lvl up + 2 tome + 6 item = 31

Evocation DC: 10 + 6 [bb] + 10 [wis] + 1 wiz pl feat + 1 sorc pl + 1 evoc. feat + 2 dc crafted item= 31
[Enhancements give acces to 2 wisdom out my head, and 1 for being human, making it 33? ]

Note: I outline a +6 mod item because im not planning to run him past 20, also still missing a TOD ring for the exc. wisdom bonusses.

Gear at hand:
-Head minos legens
-Neck: TORC
-Goggles: GS SP cha sk. 5 wis 6 wizardry VI
-Gloves: GS HP enervation guard
-Belt: Con + GFL
-Trinket: 200 sp Ioun stone
-Bracers: +2 dc crafted [havent tried what the ML will be if I craft +6 str with it]
-Boots: Gimp striding 30 percent / FF
-Ring 1: Strenght +6
-Ring 2: Any suggestions? -Ring of spellstoring atm-
-Armour: Blue dragonscale robe

-Wpn 1: Radiance / ?
-Wpn 2: Healing lore / Devotion

Would like suggestions for gear up to level 20 while lvling.

Any input so far is appreciated, will throw up my spelllist later on. Suggestions for offensive spells, items, feats etc are all appreciated.

epic spell penetration requires greater spell penetration, so you can only take it if you take 3 spell pen feats. Your past lives should be enough to deal with epic hard drow, you only need the feats if you want to penetrate epic elite SR.

I wouldnt take mental toughness on a fvs, just get more evocation foci.

For weapons, my fvs (with blue scale) has impulse (of evocation mastery) and radiance (of necromantic mastery) on his weapons. High impulse is important for the blade barriers, evo mastery is great as is necro mastery. Do you plan for lvl 25 or just for lvl 20?

as rings, of course ToD rings are nice, as is the aumanator recommendations turn-in (7 cha, 2 insightful wis, sup healing lore)
