Was pleasantly surprised on my latest TR (not that I have done one very recently) at the quality of loot dropping from low level harbour quests. So far I have gathered a rather useful riptide weapon, a acid burst weapon of too high ML for me atm and feather falling boots of ML 3
This is better than I remember.
I like it, didn't think I would get any relevant gear at low levels. Pleasant surprise
