Yesterday I paid for the subscription to be a VIP, and it was my understanding that you are supposed to be able to create a 32 point build character yet I can only create a 28 point build character. I was wondering why this is the case and if it can be fixed. If it can't I would like to have my money back.

32-Point Build characters are not included with VIP access. To access 32-Point characters, the feature must be purchased from the DDO Store.

Not want to reduce the incoming coin for Turbine, but you as well have the option to get 1,750 Favor on one Server and unlock 32pt
* We have collectable bags, mind you, even hireling folders, but can I have that 6-pack for my potions please?
* Having already a past life on the dieng EU servers, I rerolled here and started from scratch as I like the game and the community, so lets see what awaits me here
