Not sure if this is a glitch or someone having an overly long laugh so I figured I would post here first and hopefully a GM would be able to tell what's going on, maybe have a laugh while trying to figuring it out.

Since the server came back up today this poor lone wolf has been standing in front of the (Cannith Server) bank.

(If no one claims him and the animal pound can't take him then I might be able to convince Muttley to share his puppy chow (See Screen shot))

Not sure what to make of this so asking here.
