My characters stuck in shroud

hmm anyone haveing any problems with shroud lately three days ago i went in a shroud when everyone got in we moved to the first portal to first room when i got to the half way in to the start area everyone started runing in place and my client started to crash note this is not the first crash i alt crtl delete for and never had this problem come up so i relog in same as i always do to get back in to make it in part 1 so i dont get locked out and when i got in to charater loading screen clicked enter it load first time took 20sec then told me character was already in wrold and so on to about where it takes 5sec to tell me its remained in shroud the whole time so im not thinkin its a hack but im also not sure but all my other characters are still useable ive tried reseting client again and computer ive tryed talking to gm ive tried loging in from another computer try ask the account management people if banning me and then unbaning me would work so far nothing ANY ADVICE hes my main hes got almost all my money and epics and im geting annoyed waiting for tech support to get to it

The exact same thing happend to my guildy in CITW. He DC'd entering the quest and wasnt able to log back to that toon. He spent 5 days communicating with turbine about the matter and they couldnt seem to do anything. The only reason he got his toon back was because he had been getting ready to TR and had already prepped for TR at the trainer and in the end he hit the reincarnate option on his chracter selection screen! Im guessing you probably havnt prepped for reincarnation!

So like I said he spent 5 days in contact with turbine support. It seemed as though they had no idea what to do. Every time he contacted them asking what was happening they would ask a seemingly silly question. On the 4th day they asked him what server he was on! I will show him this post and I'm sure he will be keen to share his experience in more detail.

If this happend to me I would also be VERY upset and I'll be following this thread and giving it a bump to keep it in the public eye.

Hope you have more luck than my guildy with turbine support.

WOW. This is an awful bug. Can a dev read this and get some wheels in motion for this guy? This would be so frustrating.

They fixed this last time by rebooting the world. Hopefully the actual cause will be fixed soon, but at least it should be fixed for the OP when they load U16 in the next week.

After 4-5 long days i finally saw my pally log off no idea how tech support did it but hes not missing anything and hes got everything i had on him still all good now thx for geting him out with everything he had befor i had this problem happon
