Would it be fair to say that the real benefit of this is in its ability to allow the wearer to be considered sneaking even when moving normally/running and therefore allow sneak attack damage when you otherwise wouldnt be able to??

Im trying to work out the benefit of the Invis Guard (other than becoming unseen of course).

From my experience with the cloak you drop all agro when it procs...can be a real life saver but the real benefit of the cloak is getting deathblock and at it's highest level - some DR.

Yes - i like the Ghostly, Deathblock, Dodge and DR effects of it.

I was just wondering what exactly the Invis Guard did from a gameplay persective and you seem to have answered that, thank you. Removing aggro is very sweet indeed.

The invisibility from the guard lasts through attacking and spellcasting.
