How can anyone watch the prequels made by lucas and not think that this is a wonderful thing?
Lucas single handedly did more harm to the star wars franchise with those movies and im glad someone, anyone, else has a chance to right that ship.boo-tai jung-tzahng-duh

Doesnt surprise me that the two biggest copyrighters of everyone elses ages old ideas should be corporate bedfellows. Kind of odd how cultural traditions and wives tales of the 1400s-1800s can become the property of someone who had no hand in creating them, but became the largest distributor of those ideas in the 1900s. Now all they have to do is have Lars Ulrich produce all theme music for all motion pictures and the deal will be complete.

I got off the Star Wars boat when the teddy bears showed up in the third part of the FIRST trilogy. I had just turned 18, and i was looking for something a little more serious. Disney had nothing to do with that.

IIRC George said that he won't be making any sequels. However bad or good this will turn out at least I'll get to see sequels
