I have been waiting for over 2 months for my pets. I know several people saw this issue and gotten it resolved. I have a ticket open and no one is replying. It's been 2-3 weeks since an update.

I was told to send a list of pets which I did and still nothing back. Why is it that I can't get this resolved when others already have. Further more a few have gotten 600 TP for the delay.

Really wish someone would help me on this please.....
