    Couple of things...

    1. The character planner is a VERY nice tool to plan out your characters but it is a terrible way to present your build in my opinion. A better way would be to present stats, then feats, enhancements, skills, etc.

    2. You can't just throw the character planner sheet at us with no comment. I don't want to help someone who doesn't take 20 seconds to write what he wants to do with his build. Splashing 2 monk can mean getting evasion, getting decent melee output damage for no mana cost, or it can also mean you saw an 18/2 build that did really well and you want a similar build.
Describe what you want to do with this build. My guess is an instakiller and traditionnal healer build with evasion & good saves.

    3. Evasion with poor reflex save is useless, but a good reflex save without evasion is great. As a basis, I don't see the point of splashing 2 monk to get evasion if you aren't taking advantage of it. Might as well go 18 cleric / 1 monk / 1 wizard OR traditional pure cleric.

    4. Finally, Epic destinies have really changed the way we build characters so explaining what you are trying to build will help people giving advice on ED's and twists.

Something else I noticed afterwards - with the feats you chose it looks like you are going for a caster build, but you chose half-elf and 2 monk splash, which is the way most melee divines go (3d6 SA damage, 2 extra feats for toughness/Stunning fist freeing up space for TWF line).

Monk 2 also gives extra wisdom in Water stance which is more caster goodness. Also, paladin dilly seems like it will help with the lousy saves.

I can't add too much advice because the only clonk I've played to date has been a Valiance build and I only got her to level 8. I think there may be some advantages to level 3 monk and light path for a caster build, but based soley on my forum viewing this looks reasonable.

I'd probably take Stunning fist instead of two Toughness though. You'll have decent DCs for stunning fist with the wis bonuses and will probably do more for your survival than the extra toughness. Not sure if you need Mental toughness, but I'd probably take it sooner and Quicken later (close to the time when you get Mass Heal or Blade Barrier). Depending on how much you want to instakill you may want to swap Mental Toughness for Spell Pen/Greater Spell Pen or Spell Focus: Evocation, but it really depends on how things play out. You can always start that way and do feat swaps as you figure out what works best for you.

You may also want to ditch Empower for SF: Evocation - while I think you can apply it to your bursts, at the end of the day if you're going for Blade barrier damage (which would be the main reason to go 2 monk instead of pure as a caster cleric) I think it might add more. Of course, you can always go 17 cleric, 2 monk, 1 wiz for an extra feat Or human... of course, as noted you lose out on saves for evasion as human. Just something to throw out there though!

Oh yeah, as Symerith noted, you really need a good reflex save for evasion. (although EDs make it a little easier). That being the case you might want to revisit your enhancements as well. Not much point in going paladin dilly if you're not putting enhancements in it and it's not raising your reflex to a reasonable level. May as well go human for the extra feat at that point.
