In search of a clever +8 item (Int +8), that are not in the goggles, body, or trinket location.

Not sure if these exist or not, but giving it a shot.

Have reds, plat, or an assortment of scrolls.

As far as I'm aware, +8 Int rings are the only things that meet your criteria. They are rare and desirable, but if you offer enough, I'm sure you can find someone who's willing to part with one.
