Possibly a firewall issue. First check to make sure DDO is not specifically blocked. Then remove the two applications for DDO from the allowed list and force your Firewall to detect them again.

Your screenshots seemed to indicate that you got to the place where you type in your account name and password.

If so, what happened next?

I'm sorry I cannot help you with your main problem but I would like to help you with another.

You may want to edit out your username and password from that one screenshot. While your password is not being shown, the amount of characters is.

There are people out there with the ability to hack accounts very easily and you have given them half of the equation. I would also suggest changing your password as well.

suggest the same. edit the pictures removing the length of your password and your username.
when done doing that,
change your user password.

Firewall/router/dmz/dns issue. Pick one and start working on it. I know it's a vague answer but there's lots of possibilities within those items that can cause this.
