Default How to purchase Adventure Packs?

When I go to the DDO Store I seem to be very limited in what I can actually buy; once I have TPs will I get the option to actually add items that cost TPs to my cart? When I go to the listing of Adventure Packs all I see are descriptions and the TP cost; there is no way to actually purchase them however (via an add to cart button etc).

I'm very very new to the game and pretty much know nothing at this point, but I feel like I must be missing something for such a seemingly straight forward task to appear to be so difficult.

Again, I can only add a very limited number of items to my cart (namely TPs), but can't for the life of me understand how to purchase items that cost TPs. My assumption is once I actually have TPs my selections will open up. Otherwise, what am I doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance!

Default I think I figured it out...

Can you only purchase certain things from the NON in-game store (ie just going there via my browser)? When I bring up the in-game store everything makes perfect sense - so apparently I have to actually be logged into the game and access the store there? I can see no way to purchase anything that costs TP by simply going to the store website (again not from within the game).

Is there a way to purchase TP items without accessing the store from within the game?

No, not really. The web based DDO store is newer, and doent have all the same stuff yet. Plus many items require a character to be delivered to (like loot gems). In the case of things like the packs, the issue becomes preventing people from buying what they already own. The in game DDO store currently does this, but not the web based.

Basically, the web based store is new (it came out this year) and it hasn't reached the same level of development as the in game store.
The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

    Default Thanks for the link!

Is it normal for the in-game store to be very slow loading (ie clunky)?

It seems usable, but it's slow and clunky heh...
