Is it possible to get to max level in all epic destinies?

And would it be worth the time to try and do so?

Oh yes, it is doable.

As for the second question, it was worth my time, but only you can determine if it will be worth your time. Certain twists can add a significant amount of power to a build. You'll want to browse the lists, grind a couple destinies, and then decide where you want to draw the line.

The reason I asked is because I am first life lvl 25 and almost done with my 2nd destiny. I know it is a lot of grind to max them all, I thought it would be a great personal accomplishment to max them all.
