These have been out since 10/15. I just found out today after spending an ungodly couple hundred thousand plat on a destiny reset. Just in case anyone here on thelanis didnt catch it like me. Im posting this info here cause I play here and care less bout the other servers.

You can get 3 per account.
It doesnt actually give you a physical loom but when you go to reset your destiny and can choose plat or loom the dialogue box will tell you how many free looms you have available.
