Second life FvS - Which build do you suggest?

So I'm going to be TRing my wizard into a FvS in a little bit and I would really like to plan out what I need in advance.

I've been gone for a long time and don't really know what sort of equipment I'll want, or what type of FvS to use to get my way up to my Third life.

I've never played a Favored Soul before, but I have very much enjoyed watching people play them and witnessing how useful they can be.

Ideally, I'd go for something that can solo heal groups and throw around some blade barriers, but I think I'd like the build to be able to use a weapon during the lower levels until I can actually cast BB.

Can any of you guys suggest a build and what I should do? I found a great thread here ---> http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=395600

The only problem is that most of that gear is raid stuff and I'm not sure I want to spend the time farming when I could spend the time leveling. We'll see. Of course, it doesn't even help if I don't know what a "ConOpp HP Items" or "3xPos SP/Cha skills (UMD)/Raise Dead necklace" and so forth, except that they're things youneed to build by gaining materials gained in raids and using altars or whatever.

Basically, my experience of the game consists of leveling up, going on a few low level raids (The Abishai one and the other that has a Giant at the end) and just generally puttering around. So pretty much any info you can give me at the moment will be useful.
