Still not gaining shadow charges

From what I've read, this issue has been fixed, but for the life of me, I still can't accumulate shadow charges when I use my 2 ranks of shrouding strike. For my test subjects, I've used those swarmhorde spiders and assorted King's Forest loitering drow, which go down well before the 2nd rank specified time of 7 seconds. They get the little curse ball above them, but still no accumulation charges.

I've had Executioner's Strike for weeks and recently spent a point in both Improved Invisibility and Untouchable to see if that would build them up on the hotbar, but it still hasn't.

What am I doing wrong?

I have no issues gaining Shadow Charges with Shrouding Strike. With Untouchable, you can tell if you're gaining Shadow Charges by seeing if your Dodge Chance (under Armor Class on the Character Sheet) has increased from your normal Dodge %. Shadow Charges will NOT show up on the hotbar icon with Shrouding Strike, Executioners Strike, Improved Invisibility, or Untouchable. You need to have either Shadow Form or Cloak of Shadows for the Shadow Charges to show up on the hotbar icon.

If you're not killing your target within 6 seconds of marking them, you won't get a Shadow Charge.
