Downloading

So I'm a returning player and I'm trying to download DDO (I had uninstalled it for space quite some time ago) and it downloads the ddostandard.exe file but when I run it and click "I Agree" I get an error when it tries to start the Pando Media Booster saying "Your system is currently now allowing access to our servers. Check your firewall and/or security software settings to allow PMB.exe to run." Pando is already on my firewall's exception list and I tried disabling my AV for a minute and downloading again, same error. On the Pando help page it says something about double clicking Pando Media Booster in the control panel and the Pando thing doesn't work, even after reinstalling (nothing popped up when I double clicked the first time). How can I get Pando to work, or is there another downloader that I can use that doesn't use Pando?
