    Default Here's an Idea.....

Fix your Merry Elfing game so players don't die of falling damage while standing on the floor of a dungeon.

(Combat): You suffer 75 points of damage from falling.

In elite Catacombs, 5 minutes ago. Guess I got to close to a wall?

    Total Slop-Sauce. Some "Physics Upgrade".

Lots of fun stuff in DDO that has to be mucked down with annoying horse slop like this.

Bug report those spots, even if they don't damage like the invisible stone in the king's forest.
Devs remove them as much as stuck spots, they are rarer now than in the past, or hoping so.
There's ofc new spots all the time, for safety i won't jump behind anything that's too close to the wall or corner.

They are a bit better on the fall dmg than b4. Once, leading up to the first fight in RWTD (the 2 blind fellows), I waited for them to activate.... they did, and I stunned one ran for the other and died. 3.4K fall dmg :P on seemingly solid ground.

Worst I ever had was in Misery's Peak. Just finished killing the zombies in the final hall before the crystal. All I can figure out is that I tripped over a pebble on the way to hit the switch. Ended up taking over 5k in falling damage on a flat floor.

This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

But...it's fun, waiting for people to come through the subterrane for a VoD run, seeing who can get the highest damage by sliding off the nearby rest shrine...
