It's extremely unlikely. But wouldn't it be nice if upgradeable items (challenge items, Mabar, Cyrstal cove items etc) levelled up with you, so once you have the level 20/24 version you can put it on at level 4 and it levels with you.

Now that TRing is a thing that exists, there's little reason to have the new level 24 (or even the level 20) versions of items for a lot of people as we'll just put them back in the reincarnation cache straight away. It's not so bad with cannith items as they're not character bound, but the new Mabar upgrades look nice, shame I won't be using the new version for a 10 more lives. If I could get the level 24 version and wear it from level 4 and then have it upgrade as I level, it'd work really well.
