What to Heighten?

I have the heighten feat but I'm not sure what spells I should heighten. I'm still not 100% on how it really plays out in the game though I think I get it. My Fvs just now hit 20th and I'm doing Eveningstar content and will do other epics as well. She's picked the exalted angel destiny. One of my concerns is I'll burn through SPs too fast for marginal gain. So my question is what spells should I heighten and if I should have that on all the time or make it situational?

You could micromanage it, but you're probably best off just Heightening any DC spell you use: Blade Barrier, Greater Command, Soundburst, Cometfall. You get 95% of the SP optimization with 0% of the hassle.

If you do turn out to burn through SP too fast, you could be over-casting.
