Pulled it from end chest and had a +2 loot gem running if it helps.

my very 1st EE DDTW I saw someone pull a +4 unbound cha tome. Haven't seen one since in there.
I pulled one from the EE Deal & Demon 1st farming chest. No gem but I believe there was a +2 loot thing running from turbine bonus days or something. I got a 2nd one from EE citw. No loot gem, no bonus, think it was the "1st" chest on the left.
