Looking for a laid back west coast guild

Hi im looking for a chill guild on the west coast, im having a hard time doing some good runz with my guildies time zone differences are brutal, ive got 10 toons a few are trs, got some decent equipment, im looking for a laid back guild, having fun and not picking on new players.

How critical is the requirement that the guild be West Coast? Wardens of Honor has folks spread across the US, so is not specifically West Coast. We are pretty laid back. Our biggest requirement is that you play at least a few hours a week. Toons that don't log on in more than 2 months tend to get deleted.
