    Default How much spell pen & DC is needed for EE?

    Hi, a simple question, how much spell pen and DCs do I need to do something more in EE than haste and rage.

    And no, don't give me maximum achievable values breakouts plz
    I just want to know how much do I have to get before I can set foot in EE.

    to set foot: around 45 or so for both
    to do well: above 50 for both
