Twists of Fate...How do they work exactly

So I've looked on the wiki about Twists but sometimes the wiki isn't very detailed. Somethings I was wondering were:

What are the top lvl abilities you can twist from any single destiny?

Do twists include the top tier of abilities that have it (Tier 3 on most)?

The highest tier you can twist is level 4 and yes they use whatever rank you have achieved on it.

Afaik the best you can achieve atm is a level 4, 2 and 1.

This post has the possible twist combinations and cost.

Twist levels can be reset at the fatespinner. So, if you have tiers 4, 2, 1 you can reset it to 3, 3, 1 or 3, 2, 2 so you can squeeze in the twists you want.

Resetting is free.

Drag the ED ability from the abilities list (use the show all option to get the complete list of available abilities) into the open twist of fate slots. Innate can't be selected of course.

The one thing that took me a bit of time to realize was that I didn't need to have the ED active to twist the ED's abilities. Big time saver when I finally figured it out.
