You will have to suffer the shame of asking a guildie to come heal/res you so you have time to switch items. The OP forgot to mention that the guildie had to run out to Korthos because binding in The Twelve would make it too convenient for his felllow mates.

Very true. However, if you are incapped while in wind stance, coming out of stance can be a life saver.
