Hi there, i am an old d&d player and i wanted to try the game so i made a free account in order to check it out. After a month of playing i decided that i wanted to play warforged, so i decided to upgrade my account. I discovered that my local gaming store had a box set of the game and i thought that it would be cool if i had the game itself, so i bought it. Now i try to use the product key to upgrade my account but i get the message "The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 30022]". If you anyone can provide any assistance i would be gratefull.
