    Default Product Key Not Working PLEASE HELP

    Hi there, i am an old d&d player and i wanted to try the game so i made a free account in order to check it out. After a month of playing i decided that i wanted to play warforged, so i decided to upgrade my account. I discovered that my local gaming store had a box set of the game and i thought that it would be cool if i had the game itself, so i bought it. Now i try to use the product key to upgrade my account but i get the message "The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 30022]". If you anyone can provide any assistance i would be gratefull. Thanks in advance.

    You need to contact account support for that, they can check your code.
    Make sure it is with account support and not with any of the other channels.
    A phone call will be faster but otherwise account support do reply to tickets.
    (open a ticket first so they can check it as reference)

    I have successfully used one such code back in 2009 after the game changed to eberron unlimited.
    Three years have gone by, can't tell if the codes are obsolete by now, maybe someone can comment on that.
