How do freshly levelled Toons test new FR content?

I just had 2 new toons levelled at the Dev Event. They've got -some- gear, but not complete. Do I have to take each of them through the three quests to access new FR content or is there a "shortcut" to FR?

Theres no shortcut..... It talkes like 30 minutes tops ti run the 3 quests on Casual...

Oh Geez...I clean forgot, I can do these on HEROIC...(although I'll probably try Epic for fun anyway).
