Druid Veteran - starter equipment

Rolled druid veteran level 7, noted starter gear needs a couple easy to implement fixes:

Starter gear includes +1 short bow and arrows. Druids are not proficient with short bow. I threw it back at the minotaur, but he just growled something unintelligible.

Recommend changing starter ranged weapon for druid veteran to darts, perhaps 50 +1 darts for level 4 vet, +1 returning dart for level 7 vet.

Also recommend adding wooden shield similar in level to those given to fighter vets, I believe +1 for level 4 vet, +3 for level 7 vet.

Edit: Also the starter +4 armor bracers do not stack with the +3 starter leather armor, so they are also useless. Perhaps a bracers of parrying would help.

Edit2: Maybe should also get starter collar and leather for pet, similar to what artificers get.
