    Firstly I would like to say thank you to unbongwah for the comment about rearranging the feats, I've taken this useful comment into consideration and edited the build.

    Below will be a list of the enhancements the build has and what level they're taken at in the build.

    Below will be a list of the spells taken in this build, keep in mind that the level is the level of the spell, not the level of your character and the list's in no particular order.

    I would also like to say that I did take alot of the rare spells, and those that I thought were the most important, however there are some missing rare spells that I thought wouldn't be of much use to this build in particular.

    You are also able to inscribe scrolls to learn the spells within the scrolls with the inscribe scroll feat that you're granted with as soon as you enter the world of DDO, all you have to do is purchase the spell inscription materials and have a scroll which has the spell you wish to learn, make sure your inscribe scroll feat is on one of your hotbars, right click the scroll once then right click the inscribe scroll feat that's on your hotbar, aslong as you have the correct spell inscription materials it will inscribe the scroll, the scroll will vanish and the spell will be available in your spell book, keep in mind that not every scroll can be purchased there's also a few rare scrolls that can only be found in loot.

    Also keep in mind that the spell inscription materials come in different levels, if you have a scroll that has a level 4 spell within it and you wish to learn that spell, you'll need to purchase the level 4 spell inscription materials.

    Below is the finished builds, but there's something else you need to be informed about and I'll inform you in a step by step process.

    1) At level 17, just before you take your 18th level switch the mental toughness feat (level 9 feat) to the spell penetration feat.

    2) When you have taken level 18 make sure to take the greater spell penetration feat as you're able to choose another feat at level 18.

    3) By switching these feats and getting rid of mental toughness means you will not be able to use the wraith form as mental toughness is a prerequisite for wraith form, but feat not because at level 18 you take lich form

    Now that has been said make sure to change your enhancements a little, not much just one enhancement, all you'll need to do is remove wraith form which gives you 1 ability point to spend on improved concentration or human versatility, or maybe if you're willing to switch zombie form for an enhancement you can take both improved concentration and human versatility, either way it's your choice.

    Below is the build that requires you to have the +2 tome of supreme ability, if you're unable to afford the +2 tome of supreme ability just purchase a +2 tome of intelligence, the only reason I chose a +2 tome of supreme ability is because it adds +2 to all of your stats and not just one.

    Although the +2 tome of supreme ability is not essential it does give you extra health points, spell points, more saves and you're able to carry a little more than you would without the +2 strength base stat effect, not much more.. but more. If you can't afford a +2 tome of supreme ability a +2 tome of intelligence will do just fine.

    Okay so now you may be thinking, but what if I can't afford any tomes.. fear not, here's the build that requires no tomes, it's pretty much the same as above, same feats, enhancements, chosen spells and so on, but the skill point stats are changed due to the loss of the +2 base stat bonus to intelligence that the +2 tome of supreme ability or the +2 tome of intelligence would have granted you.

    You should try to squeeze in both Spell Pen feats somewhere; unfortunately they're not wiz bonus feats, so they have to go in your regular feat slots. I'd do this: move GSF:Enchant to lvl 15; swap MT for Spell Pen just before lvling to 18 and take ISP as your lvl 18 feat; move Quicken or Heighten to your lvl 20 feat. Epic feats - ESF:Necro and ESP.

    P.S. For future reference, please don't start three threads for the same build. It's what you might call a "forum faux pas."

    If I drop Mental Toughness I can't use Wraith Form, but I guess at level 18 I'll mostly be using Lich Form anyway, I'll see what I can do.

    I also have my reasons for starting so many threads.
