Firefly is recruiting new members

Our guild is looking for a few (5-10) new members who play primarily during US or possibly Eastern US time zones, with the intention of having them form a core group for guild-organized raids/quests.

Good candidates will: have at least one toon with a couple TRs under their belt and at endgame levels for raiding, and possibly 1-2 more toons of any level that may be TRing etc.

You don't need to be super-duper player, or max geared or anything of the sort, but you do need to be serious about the game, play a fair amount throughout the week, and be basically friendly. You will also need to be able to get along with Gondore, which may currently be the biggest challenge in DDO :P

Our only guild rule is no drama. so if that is not you don't bother to ask. If you think you know everything about this game and have nothing to learn, you probably are not a good candidate either because everyone can always get better. Guild officers are happy to help you with build/gear advice, running quests (epic elite, max xp/min, raids etc).

We will also be happy to consider groups of 2 or more people who play together and want to come over as a group. If we don't already know you, we probably will have you run a few raids and or epic elites with some of the guild members/officers to make sure it will be a good fit, so don't be surprised by that.

Yo man, it's looking like I might be taking a new job in Detroit Rock City so my late night Pacific time zone thing is probably coming to an end.

I was just starting to play arcanes before I went on a 9 month break/TR grind. Am trying to get caught up on the expansion grind but I'm at least a couple of months behind the herd.

Anyways, I am looking to learn to improve my wiz-skillz. It's pathetic that I've never done base 3 ev6 or tanked/kited the shadows in ToD. While I'm not able to leave Yuck Hunt behind, I am able to help out as part of a regular EST raid crew once I get this relocation behind me. Probably early December.

In any event, run it by Gondore and the rest of the officers. You fill in the experience gaps for me and I'll do you guys solid in your runs. I'll pay it back by making sure my raid timers synch with yours. I don't expect you to priotize this kind of offer over any recruits you take but it will definitely be win:win arrangement.
