Forum Language Wrong in Chrome

Here's a good one.

Using IE, everything is fine.

When using Chrome, on one of my computers, the forum language is in German. On another computer, when using Chrome again, the language is in French. This means on two separate computers, Chrome is displaying DDO forums in a foreign Language, but ONLY in the forums.

I have done the following to try to fix.

1. Closed IE & Chrome. Cleared cookies in both. No success
2. In chrome, go to the DDO home page and click on the US flag to set language to English. Back into forums, no success.
3. Opened both IE and Chrome, logged in using both browsers. Side by side, IE in English, Chrome in German/French.

Any suggesstions?

I had this once. At the bottom of the page there is a drop down menu where you can choose the language.
