So as you all know (or should have at least seen) there are players running around with some oddly built Sorcerers, or it may seem this way to you. And in my experiance they are not for players who enjoy a wide range of versatility for their casters. Savantbot is an 18Sorcerer/2Monk as you can see, She was built for crazy Nukage, Survivability, and of course Hp. At cap with all 5 levels of Draconic Incarnation done she sits on above 52con with yugo pots, over 820hp and 2.5ksp. Just giving the break down of capped stats that matter more then most for this toon.
Icy prison dc is roughly a 45 but it can get higher with yugos etc. She is built for all out damage, The Dc's on this toon are lacking, she focus's on non save spells (particularly rays such as Polar Ray) to dish extreme damage very fast. Also an amazing PVP toon Well known on Khyber Server (Queen of the pit when shes there Can be done as a first life build just max Con max Charisma and put Level up Stat points into con.

*Very easy to gear, Very inexpensive to do as well, Although the epic gearing requires some time.

Not a CC'er (If used carefully icy prison can disable casters and ottos dance things that are straggling) Other then this her dcs are to lacking to really be of use.
