Default Still no clear answer on CL & MCL ... ?

Spent an hour or so surfing the forums and couldn't find a definite answer.

Quote from someone saying Gensai was going to look into it but now he's left ...

Few haphazard lists arguing about some spells being capped as per the description and others aren't.

Am i having a hard time finding an answer because there isn't one?

The medial collateral ligament of the knee is one of the four major ligaments of the knee. It is on the medial (inner) side of the knee joint in humans and other primates. It is also known as the tibial collateral ligament, or abbreviated as the MCL.

    And now you know.

    Lol.

To be more precise, no, there is no answer and probably we will never have one anymore. Genasi doesn't work for Turbine anymore (or in vacation but I think the former) and noone else mentioned they are working on them.

    Sad but true.

    +1 for superb humor.
