The Myth- TR will make my character powerful
The Reality- Those kobolds in Water Works won’t have a chance but nothing else cares-Learn to play your build and all its abilities in actual difficult content, get gear and reaper points in level 30+ content and raids.
OP, have you done any testing to see which (if any) mobs are immune to the effect? I would think that constructs, plants and incorporeals should be immune to all 3, and ribcracker should be the only one to effect corporeal undead.
With IC it averages to +21 on 18-20/x2 and +18 on 19-20/x3, which seem to be the two most common critical profiles on random loot weapons that people use.
DR is a good point. I assumed, that it bypasses DR if the weapon itself breaks it, but this assumption really is unfounded.
Brawling gloves add 1d4 piercing damage to unarmed that bypasses dr i would assune these work the same way.
Looks like a very nice effect to me. I'd love to get a pair of rapiers with Superior Heart-seeking and see if they improve over my Elemental Rapiers of Air.

Most people use?
Hardly seems to be the case to me. And I think I have a pretty good grasp having lead so many pug raids and almots always qualifying players to see what they use.
The vast majority that are serious enough to use khopeshs or falcions never use lootgen weapons period. Hardly anyone seems to use scimitars.
The players who still use lootgen weapons most commonly use greatswords, longswords and shortswords in my experience. Probably because they are much more common, thus easier to find functional ones. If they managed to get a good named weapon, it would probably be something good like a khopesh/falcion sure... but people dont use "good" random loot, they use "thats what I happened to find" random loot.
And even on a scimitar/khopes.. Still not "vastly" ahead of other good suffixes.
