Just a small correction for the announcement:

You don't use the pronoun eines infront of den Wartungsarbeiten. Further if one would use a pronoun in the given context it would be probably as einer Wartungsarbeit__ to indicate it is one single action of maintenance.
* We have collectable bags, mind you, even hireling folders, but can I have that 6-pack for my potions please?
