All welcome - alts alts alts
Im making an ALTS only guild - only my main is in a guild as i dont want to hurt renown but I dont want to get tells from people asking me to join their guild... and i want the use of a ship.... So Thug Life...
Its a khyber guild open to anyone, all welcome, to park ur alts. + if it takes off when ur on an alt people will know you may be trying out a new toon, or its a mule, etc... so send Partygurl a tell or better in game mail and I will send an invite to anyone at all...... (except halflings) No halflings, ...... and no druids.... dwarves.. none of them either
and NO FEMALE TOONS (go join a convent) unless run by females, basically, no lady toons run by dudes ,right... RL females get to do as they want.. but no guys running female toons... Other than that, all welcome... oh and no old guys... they are all d@uches … no one over 50..... and no one with wheezy smokers voices - unless the wheezy is a chick ( again chick's get to do as they please because im very open minded )... But again, all welcome... um wait,
and no one that played PnP... dont want to hear their stories about how this or that isnt true to the original game.... ok.... now that we have the ground rules, ...... all welcome..... ( really anyone welcome )
so again - Thug life - an all alt guild... do nothing for you except we will get a ship so u can teleport to and thru for ur alts...... thats thug life... bring all ur alts

My understanding (based both on reading the forums and wiki and on testing) is that reknown decay is based on Accounts, not Toons. So alts in the same account have no effect on decay unless they are in a different guild.
If they are in a different guild, running them will keep all of the toons in the account active so they will never go on the inactive list. So the only effect on decay is to prevent another toon from reaching inactive status.
I encourage all of my guildies to keep all toons in their main account in our guild. Alt accounts, particularly mule accounts are a different matter, they tend to get logged into and not run much so they are a big reknown sink, and we try not to have those in the guild.

I think you are misunderstanding something here, a guild for alts DOES hurt the guild's renown your main toon is in. Guild decay is determined by player accounts in a guild, whether they have 1 toon or 100 in it. Having your alts in your regular guild does NOT in any way increase the amount of guild decay you generate by being in it. Player a with one toon and player b with 30 both cost the guild the same 500 per day for example. Originally Posted by centuar1963

Guild renown decay is based on the number of accounts in the guild. Furthermore, if you have some of your characters in guild A and the rest in guild B, when you play in guild B you are counted as active for guild A. You make them lose renown and you don't give them any by playing your alts. Originally Posted by centuar1963
